Collection contains digital scans of 163 handwritten letters written by J.H. Massey during his time in the English Army (Cheshire Regiment) during World War II. Most of the letters were written and sent from Palestine, and discuss naval life, the Cheshire Regiment, England, World War II, the Middle East, and the English Army. The letters in this collection were written by Massey to his wife, Barbara, in England.
