Carrigan Family letters
Scope and Contents
Collection contains holograph letters written by members of the Carrigan family, primarily to Bridget (Carmody) Carrigan (1847-1935) of Pittsford, Vermont. The letters are mostly written by Carrigan's children, including Gertrude S. Carrigan (1875-1963), siblings, and grandchildren, and discuss family news. Some of the letters discuss medical issues experienced by various family members. The collection also includes letters written to Bridget's husband, Frank B. Carrigan (1842-1919), and James F. Carrigan.
