Biographical / Historical
Burt Alden Hazeltine was a professor of Math at Middlebury College from 1924 to 1956, and Dean of Men from 1926 to 1939. Upon his retirement in 1956, Hazeltine became a Professor Emeritus. The Hazeltine-Klevenow Memorial Trophy, named for Professor Hazeltine and Coach Klevenow, has been awarded annually since 1928 to students who display both athletic and scholastic excellence.
