The faculty records are divided into two sub-groups, I. Faculty files, and II., Faculty collections. Both sub-groups are organized alphabetically by the faculty member's last name, and they differ only in that the first sub-group, I. Faculty files, contains the documents of faculty whose records are less than a box in size, while the second sub-group contains the documents of faculty whose records are larger in size.
