The office oversees student life and diversity initiatives at Middlebury College. It works closely with all Middlebury constituencies to ensure that students, staff, and faculty participate fully in the campus community. The office is committed to a model of liberal arts education in which learning takes place both inside and outside of the classroom, and it works closely with programs and offices on campus to expand the intellectual and personal development options for Middlebury students..
