Biographical / Historical

Carol Hentz Spooner (1928-) was born to Roger Conant Carlton and Marian (Parker) Hentz in Orange, New Jersey. Spooner graduated from Middlebury College in 1950. Since the 1980s, she has audited roughly one class per semester at the College. She had two children with her first husband: Ned Carlton and Carrie. She later married Reg Spooner.
