Biographical / Historical

David Kingsbury Smith (1921-) graduated from Middlebury College in 1942. He was born to Leone Ernest and Eleanor Jean (Homer) Smith in Proctor, Vermont. Smith served as Assistant Professor at Middlebury College from 1950 to 1988. He married Carol Hartman in 1942 and the couple had four children: David K., Lorren C., Marcy L., and Kimberley.
