Scope and Contents

Includes four holograph letters from Robert Frost to Mrs. Halley Phillips Gilchrist, written between 1919 and 1921. In the letters, Frost mentions postponing a poetry reading because of his hay fever (1919), jokes about his "whereabouts" and mentions being made an honorary member of Phillips' poetry society (February 13, 1921), discusses the poetry society in New York (April 9, 1921), and writes about meeting the members of Phillips' poetry society (August 20, 1921).
