Eleven holograph and typescript letters from Dorothy Canfield Fisher to various recipients, dated from 1935 to 1948. Recipients include Viola Chittenden White, Douglas Beers, and Samuel Somerville. Note that one of the letters to Douglas Beers (November 3, 1937) is written by Marion R. Perry on behalf of Fisher, who was "laid up in bed with an attack of bronchitis."
The letters primarily discuss speaking engagements at Middlebury College (White and Beers).
