Biographical / Historical

Deborah Clifford was born on March 22, 1933 in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Radcliffe College in 1957 and married Nicholas Clifford in 1966. She earned a master's degree in history from the University of Vermont in 1974, and occasionally taught at Middlebury College, the University of Vermont, and Vermont College.
