Scope and Contents Includes typescript signed copy of Markham's poem, "Lincoln, The Man of the People," read by Markham at the dedication of the Lincoln Memorial at Washington, D.C., May 30, 1922. Also includes sample bookplate for a printing of the poem etched by Bernhardt Wall, and a letter by from Wall to "Mrs. Landauer" regarding acquiring a copy of the poem.
