One holograph letter written by Theodore Dreiser to David Karsner, dated February 12, 1923. In the letter, Dreiser discusses his "basting" at the hands of "Smyth," an ex-litery editor at the New York Times and new editor of The Digest Supplement. The letter also discusses reviews of a book (presumably Karsner's).
