Letter to Isaac Tichenor, January 25, 1820
One holograph letter dated January 25, 1820, from John Quincy Adams, Department of State, to Isaac Tichenor, Esquire.
The letter reads, "I have this day complied with the request which you have made of me in your note of the 20th instant, in behalf of the Trustees of the College at Middlebury, in the state of Vermont, by causing a copy of Seybest's Statistical Annals to be addressed to the Rev. Dr. Bates, their President."
