Scope and Contents The Albert E. Arnold Jr. photograph collection documents Middlebury College activities, student life, faculty and staff, and the physical campus during Arnold's undergraduate years, 1927-1931. His images also appear in the 1932 Kaleidoscope, the college's yearbook. Photographs of note include those of fraternity events (including the Delta Tau initiation), photographs of students in blackface, as well as photos of male students in drag.
Scope and Contents Collection contains 21 boxes of black and white photographic negatives and 22 boxes of contact sheets. Borg's photographs are of Middlebury College and its students, professors, and campus buildings. Also depicted are campus events such as guest speakers (like the Dalai Lama), commencement, professors, the snowbowl, and many other aspects and events of student life. Borg's photographs were taken using Kodak 5063 TX, Kodak Safety 5063, and Kodak Tri-x Pan film.
Scope and Contents Collection contains over 250 black and white photographs (and proof sheets) taken by Ulli Steltzer of Middlebury College student life from 1958-1961, including campus buildings and the Snow Bowl, formal dance photographs, portraits, graduation photos, sports/athletics photos, classroom photos, and more. Collection also contains photographic negatives on 35mm film.
